Is it really free?
Yes. Every package is free, with no card, no setup fee and no contract. You pay only what your payment provider charges you when parents pay online.
Do parents need to download an app?
No. AcademyOS opens in the phone's browser and parents can add it to the home screen. They sign in with a code we email them, so there is no password to forget.
How do parents pay?
Online by FPX, card or e-wallet through your own Fiuu account, so the money goes straight to you. Cash, bank transfers and QR payments can be recorded too, and receipts are made for you.
Can we keep our school's name and logo?
Yes. Parents see your name, logo and colours, at an address like yourschool.academyos.my.
Our students are in a spreadsheet. Can we bring them over?
Yes. Students, parents and classes can be imported from a spreadsheet, and we help you with the first one.
Is our students' information safe?
Each school's records are kept completely apart from every other school's. People see only what their role needs: a teacher sees their own classes and a parent sees only their own children. You can export your records at any time.
